Shipping & Delivery

We offer reliable, tracked shipping for all orders. Packages are usually dispatched within 1–3
business days after confirmation.

Within the EU:
– Orders above 200 € ship free of charge.
– Orders below 200 € have a flat fee of 10 €.

Outside the EU:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight (from 2 kg upwards) according to our logistics
partners’ current price list. Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending
on the country.

Return & Exchange

Changed your mind? You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or size
exchange. Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original
condition and packaging.

Returns apply to both EU and international orders. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered. Refunds
are always issued to the original payment method.
