RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
Returned items must:
• be unworn and unwashed
• include original tags and packaging
• show no signs of wear or damage
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or product, please contact us before returning your order.
As many pieces are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to availability.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Twistan cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items and promotional purchases are considered final sale and may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
